Senior Tax Accountant
Our client is one of Tampa Bays leading CPA firm that has been in business for almost 50 years and looking to bring on a Senior Tax Accountant.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE SENIOR TAX ACCOUNTANT :
- The Senior Tax Accountant will oversee the efforts of multiple client engagement
- Successfully contribute in client service relationships and strive to develop specific knowledge of the client’s business and industry.
- Interacting closely with clients to provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise.
- Manage the client’s tax compliance needs, anticipate tax and business issues, and recognize tax planning opportunities.
- Work closely with other team members on client management, practice development, and business development activities.
- The Senior Tax Accountant will help develop positive relationships with client personnel.
- Identify potential opportunities for new and / or extended client services.
- Perform other essential duties as needed.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE FOR THE SENIOR TAX ACCOUNTANT :
- The Senior Tax Accountant should have a BA / BS degree from an accredited college / university
- A CPA or on the path to get certified.
- Applied working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting procedures
