As a Customer Acquisition Specialist at Plumbing Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, fostering relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from the first interaction.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new customers.
- Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including online, phone, and in-person.
- Educate prospective customers about our services, mission, and values.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Track and analyze customer acquisition metrics to optimize strategies and improve performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the acquisition process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in customer acquisition, sales, or related roles.
