Data Management Analyst

Vaco Boston has partnered with our client to hire a data management analyst to join their team! Experience with Salesforce and Excel are required in this role.

Timing : Immediate need, interviews this week

Duration : 3 months

Pay : $24 / hour

• Organize and audit / inventory digital folders and documents
• Input data in Salesforce and Excel
• Integrate, rename, and map files and folders
• Collect, organize, inventory digital contracts / agreements in Excel trackers and Salesforce
• Document missing items
• Input customers, their contact information, and agreements into Salesforce

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
