Cochran's Fenton, Missouri location is looking for a Construction Inspector to join our team.
Who are we looking for? A qualified individual to perform day-to-day construction inspection and reporting of new roadway construction, water distribution, and sewer collection projects.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1-2 years prior experience or general knowledge of standard construction practices
- ACI Concrete Field Testing-Grad I, preferred
- Proficiency reading and interpreting plans
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Familiarity with general construction practices
- Experience with concrete / aggregate / soil / asphalt testing
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
