Responsibilities :
Strategic HR Leadership :
Develop and execute human resources strategies in alignment with the overall business strategy.
Collaborate with the executive team to understand business goals and provide strategic HR guidance.
Drive initiatives related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
Talent Acquisition and Management :
Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the organization.
Lead efforts to identify and nurture high-potential employees for career development.
Employee Relations :
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective employee relations initiatives.
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
Performance Management :
Develop and implement performance management processes to drive continuous improvement.
Provide guidance on performance feedback, coaching, and professional development.
Lead the annual performance review process and support managers in setting meaningful goals.
Training and Development :
Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
Support career development initiatives and mentorship programs.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
Compliance :
Stay current with labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies that comply with legal requirements and industry best practices.
HR Analytics :
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
Regularly assess employee satisfaction and engagement, implementing initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications :
- Over ten years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR leader in a technology or POS industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
