Job Title : Dispatcher

Location : Santa Ana, California Pay upwards of 72k plus benefits and M-F 7am-4pm working hours.

Must have construction industry experience.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of our projects, managing heavy equipment and manpower, and serving as the primary point of contact for communication between our company, clients, and project owners.

This role is crucial to the efficient and successful execution of our projects.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and schedule the deployment of heavy equipment and manpower for various demolition projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all communication related to project logistics, including liaising with project owners, clients, and internal team members.
• Manage project timelines and ensure that all resources are allocated effectively to meet deadlines.
• Utilize Excel and other software tools to track and manage project schedules, equipment usage, and manpower allocation.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of all communications, schedules, and project details.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively to minimize disruptions.
• Work closely with project managers and field staff to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in a similar dispatcher or coordination role, preferably within the construction or demolition industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and project stakeholders.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
• Bilingual proficiency (English / Spanish) preferred.
• Must be willing to work in-office Monday through Friday from 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm.
