This includes but is not limited to each of the responsibilities listed below. This position will be exposed to confidential and secure information, as well as company intellectual property and will be required to abide by the company’s information security policies, standards, and procedures for handling sensitive information in compliance with laws and regulations.
Primary Responsibilities General Assists and cooperates with all departments to ensure a "team effort" and prompt client service.
Arranges travel schedule and reservations for management team as needed. Conducts routine correspondence with clients and vendors as needed.
Performs administrative duties for the Board of Directors and President / CEO as requested. Orders supplies as needed for all departments.
Processes all mail for the company. Use of personal vehicle to occasionally pick up supplies and local orders. Performs other duties as assigned and supports all areas of the company and its affiliates.
Accounting Assists Controller with the billing process for United Solutions’ clients. This includes gathering the data needed to create the billing, verifying the information given for accuracy, posting the invoice, and mailing and / or emailing all pertinent documentation to the clients.
Monitors aged receivables. Prepares and sends notices to clients with delinquent accounts. Receives and posts deposits as they are received.
Reconciles cash accounts and submits cash reports to Controller weekly. Submits required documents in a timely and accurate fashion to the Imaging Department for optical upload.
Accurately prepares, inputs, pays, and files accounts payable checks upon seeking and receiving proper authorization. Maintain ongoing communication with Controller, informing them of all pertinent problems, irregularities, new developments, changes, and other important information within area of responsibility.

Plus two (2) years of experience in Accounting Combination of education and similar experience may be substituted. Experience working in Payroll a plus.

The employee must frequently receive auditory information by listening in person and / or by phone. The employee must frequently express or exchange ideas in person or via phone to impart oral information to individuals or groups.
