Pay Range : $30 - $32 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities :
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Operations Analyst to join our team on a contingent basis.
- The ideal candidate will support the legal department by optimizing processes, managing legal technology, and ensuring efficient operations.
- This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
- E-billing and Financial Management :
- Manage and oversee the timekeeper rate approvals in TyMetrix 360 e-billing system
- Generate financial reports and analyze legal spend data.
- Legal Technology and Tools :
- Administer and support legal technology platforms : Persuit, Legisway, TyMetrix 360, Legal Hold Pro & Exterro.
- Provide training and support to legal team members on technology tools.
- Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Collect, analyze, and report on key legal metrics and performance indicators.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to present data insights.
- Process Improvement :
- Document and standardize legal processes and workflows.
- Manage relationships with external legal service providers.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience :
- Key skills; TyMetrix 360, Paralegal, "Data visualization".
- Proven experience in Legal Operations, or a related role.
- Proficiency in TyMetrix 360 or similar legal e-billing system.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience with at least some of these legal technology platforms : Persuit, Legisway, TyMetrix 360, Legal Hold Pro & Exterro Legal Hold.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Prior experience in eDiscovery or Paralegal.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Highly proficient in Excel and data manipulation.
