The Program Coordinator will organize and lead faculty in a manner that ensures quality classroom instruction. They will administer programs, monitor the learning process and tailor course materials to the levels and needs of individual students, which will ultimately allow students to develop employable skills leading them to jobs that are commensurate with student ability and employer expectation.
- The HVAC Program Coordinator will have a hand in : Instructional Delivery (minimum 20 teaching hours per week)Student ServiceSubject Matter ExpertiseFaculty Management, Mentoring, and TrainingProgram Administration (inventory, scheduling, etc)Position Requirements : Required Connecticut licensing : Current S1 or S2 license;
- B2 combined with D2 also acceptable3 or more years of recent work experience as a licensed HVAC Technician or similar position;
