This position provides legal assistance and paralegal support to the company and its law department attorneys. The ideal candidate should have expertise in commercial real estate and title matters, along with experience in either commercial or residential real estate, working with title companies, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Specific responsibilities include but not limited to the following :
- Preparation of real estate agreements,
- Review of documents for real estate acquisitions,
- Review of title documents and surveys, project finance and file maintenance
- Performs independent legal research.
