We are seeking a full-time Personnel Manger to serve as a the primary recruiter and coordinator of field employee schedules.

Requirements :
Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Applicant Tracking System Management
- Job Requisition Coordination from all Company Segments
- Identifying and Screening potential candidates
- Coordinating interviews with Key Stakeholders
Onboarding
- New Employee Orientation Scheduling and Facilitation
- New Employee Document Facilitation and Compliance
- Asset Request and Office Set Up Coordination
Drug Testing Program Management
- New Hire Screening
- Random Program Management
- Return to Work Process Management
Operations Coordination
- Working with Construction Managers to create and distribute a Daily Labor Schedule tracking personnel assignments
- Site Access Administration scheduling required drug screen or safety council trainings needed for up coming projects
- Time Cards tracking training hours
Performance Management
- Assist Construction Managers in evaluation of new hires (Short Service Employees)
- Assist Supervisors with the facilitation of Corrective Coaching Conversations and Documentation
- Assist in separation conversations as needed
Workforce Development
- Coordinate with Departments to schedule or develop trainings
- Assist in Apprenticeship or On the Job Training Program Development
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR or personnel management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations

Work Environment
Work environment includes office machines, electronics and filing systems. Frequent lifting materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Constant sitting, typing, and reaching for long periods of time. Must have good hand / eye coordination. Required to sit at a computer for several hours at a time.
This position also requires working in various construction job sites that can expose you to extreme weather conditions, such as high heat and humidity, cold, ice, snow, and rain.
The job sites can also be loud due to the noise level from moving mechanical parts. Additionally, you may be required to perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions, lift heavy objects, and walk or stand for long periods.
Physical Demands
The job requires you to have excellent stamina and physical strength to perform the essential functions of the job, including lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying heavy objects.
You will also need good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination to operate machinery and perform tasks effectively.
The job requires you to work on uneven, steep, slippery, wet, muddy, and inconsistent ground, and you must be able to quickly move your arms and legs.
