Job Description
- Project Oversight : Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites.
- Schedule Management : Ensure projects adhere to timelines and milestones.
- Quality Control : Monitor workmanship and materials to meet standards.
- Safety Enforcement : Enforce safety protocols and regulations.
- Budget Supervision : Control costs and expenses within project parameters.
- Team Coordination : Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel effectively.
- Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records and progress reports.
- Problem Solving : Address issues that arise during construction promptly.
- Safety Leadership : Promote and enforce a culture of safety, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

The Successful Applicant
Must Haves :
- 5+ years of superintendent experience
- Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines and practices
- Experience with ground-up construction
Nice to Haves :
- Design / Build experience
- Degree in a construction related field
- Wood frame experience
- Projects over $15m
