Job Description
- Responsible for leading and managing subcontractors
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from groundbreaking to completion
- Safety program administration and oversight
- Interact directly with project managers as required including attending meetings with owners and partners
- Perform & provide structural calculations

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of construction management experience. Design-Build familiarity preferred.
- OSHA site safety experience
- Familiarity with Procore project management software preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within a 50 miles radius of Madison, WI
- Proven construction technical knowledge on-site with an understanding of each facet of a job ( concrete, masonry, metals, wood & plastics, moisture proofing, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishing, conveying systems, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communication, security, earthwork, exteriors improvements, utilities, transportation, waterway & marine construction, wastewater, demolition, etc.)
Preferred :
- OSHA 10 & 30 Certification
- Aerial Lift Certification
- Forklift Certification
