Candidate profile and qualifications
- Experience in 3-4 years of recruiting experience Bilingual in Spanish is a must have requirement!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ATS
- Soft Skills Attention to detail, organized, ability to work independently, strong communication skills
- Education BA / BS Degree required
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Conducts full life cycle recruiting process
- Sourcing, screening, scheduling candidate interviews
- Handling ATS platforms and utilizing other recruiting platforms
