We are inviting you to apply for the Telephone Operator / PBX position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests over the telephone during check-in and at check-out, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
This position is also responsible for distributing guest requests to the proper departments (i.e. Housekeeping or Maintenance requests and will assist as a Front Desk Agent when needed.
We require that you have background, consisting of call center experience or experience in a related field and / or experience in a hotel or resort.
