Key Responsibilities :

  • New Business Development : Take charge of identifying and closing high-value deals with businesses looking to meet their carbon compliance obligations and enhance sustainability initiatives.
  • Market Expertise : Leverage your 5+ years of experience in the renewable energy and carbon markets to engage with corporate clients, regulatory bodies, and industry leaders, positioning our solutions as essential tools in environmental compliance and carbon accounting.
  • Consultative Sales Approach : Provide expert guidance on emissions trading systems (ETS), voluntary carbon markets, and carbon offset solutions, tailoring our offerings to meet the evolving needs of clients across diverse sectors.
  • Strategic Leadership : Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure, while collaborating closely with internal teams to refine sales strategies and maximize growth.
  • Client Relationships : Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for expansion.

Essential Skills & Experience :

  • Proven Sales Leadership : At least 5 years of success in a sales director, VP, or senior sales executive role within the carbon markets, environmental solutions, or renewable energy space.
  • Industry Knowledge : Expertise in carbon accounting, environmental compliance software, and ETS-related products, with a solid understanding of market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
  • New Business Hunter : Demonstrated ability to strategically identify, target, and close new business opportunities, particularly in complex and competitive markets.
  • Technical & Consultative Selling : Strong track record in selling software solutions related to carbon management, environmental compliance, and sustainability.
  • Results-Driven : A high-energy, self-motivated professional with a strong drive to exceed sales targets and deliver impactful results.
