Job Summary
This role is responsible for the execution of marketing automation and email strategy across our entire portfolio. A basic understanding of email marketing, web technologies, and CMS is required.
Under the supervision of the Email Marketing Manager, you build email campaigns with an eye towards customer engagement and conversion.
You will be responsible for routing test emails, coordinate approval and deploy according to the content calendar.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging and relevant content to support marketing strategies
- Route emails, coordinate revisions, and make edits prior to final approval
- Ensure all content, images, and links within the email are accurate and functioning properly
- Import, manage, and segment email lists to ensure correct targeting
- Schedule email campaign deployments
- Execute automation plans with measurable goals, coordinating cross-functional support and driving data-centric accountability.
- Maintain a comprehensive monthly editorial calendar, incorporating relevant product launches and campaigns, seasonal themes, and events.
- Document campaign performances, including benchmarks, ROI, as well as standard delivery, open rate, click through rates, etc.
- Ensure high level of deliverability and strong sending domain / IP reputation.
Work Environment :
- Able to effectively work remotely with flexibility across multiple global time zones
- Prolonged sitting in front of a computer
- Time management to prioritize activities to support business objectives
Experience :
- 1-3 years of professional experience in email marketing.
- The role will require a very organized, detail-oriented, and proactive person.
- Experience building and sending emails with an ESP and online editing tool.
- Preferred experience with HubSpot and / or Marketo.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Ability to integrate disparate and fragmented content and processes across departments
- Experience developing / implementing email campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work closely with cross-functional roles to create segments, campaign flows, and templates.
- Proven track record of collaboration with cross functional stakeholders, business peers and team members
- Ability to successfully manage and operate in a global team environment.
Education :
- Bachelor's Degree required in related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Education preferred : Advanced degree, particularly MBA in Marketing or Communications
Travel :
Able to travel approximately 5-10% (1-3 weeks / year) to meet, plan, and collaborate with key stakeholders

For . locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $60,000-90,000. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future.
