Job Description
- Responsible for managing the finance of the real estate division
- Will manage 2 direct reports A bookkeeper and an accounting clerk
- Will handle all month end closing, general journal entries, AP / AR issues, budgeting, forecasting, taxes compliance, tenants and lases
- Will handle yearly CAM reconciliations
- Will review financial leases and obligations to tenants
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with a degree out of Commercial Real Estate or Commercial Property Management, 10+ years of experience without a degree
- Good leadership skills
