- Customer Support : Assure timely availability of equipment to meet shipping needs and issue work orders for equipment repositioning by rail or truck.
- Operations Planning : Plan and steer empty containers on vessels, barges, and feeders; manage sales of containers and ensure all equipment is at the appropriate location.
- Efficiency & Cost Control : Track and trace overdue equipment to reduce turnaround times, control costs for positioning equipment, evaluate vendor performance, and update reports.
- Documentation & Compliance : Manage paperwork before customs authorities, create empty bookings as required, review gate in / out and transport invoices, and clean error files.
