Responsibilities
- Manage projects for assigned account from the moment order handover to completion of the project
- Develop overall project execution schedule, communication plan, project budget plan, and risk management plan
- Review contractual requirements and communicate customers’ expectation with relevant organization inside and outside company
- Manage and track milestones of the project and all deliverables to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Coordinate with internal organizations to investigate and resolve commercial and technical issues of the project to maximize customers’ satisfaction
- Coordinate with customer and partner companies for transportation and field work
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business related or engineering required.
- Knowledge of Project Management disciplines and process
- Must be familiar and have practical experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, SAP and other applicable software.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English required
- Ability to travel 5%
- Complex problem solving skills required.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B project management preferred
- Expertise in the energy / critical power industry is preferred
