Primary Responsibilities :
- Offer high level hospitality to all residents, guests and employees.
- Answer the telephone and distribute mail.
- Support sale manager and directors in general administrative duties.
- Assist residents with ADL’s as needed
- Assist with meal service as needed
- Conduct tours for new move-ins
- Light housekeeping duties
- Assist directors with administrative tasks as directed to meet the needs of the community
