Position Summary :

The Lab PRC, LLC provides treatments such as Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna and Float Therapy to athletes as well as the public.

The Lab PRC also acts as the Management Company for Osmolarity Lab, Inc. who provides patients with access to innovative medical services, including medical aesthetics, vitamin IV therapy, hormone replacement therapy, and more.

The Lab PRC Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for cultivating the experience of all clients, from the initial greeting to the warm farewell.

The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for carrying and delivering the company's message to our current as well as prospective clients through in-person and digital means.

A high-energy, confident person responsible for presenting products and services with care and compassion. Responsible for the seamless experience of clients;

client check-in and check-out and taking payments for services and products, ensuring forms are completed, filed and up to date, taking in and restocking retail inventory, answering phones, providing tours, facilitating The Lab PRC services, assisting management with various projects and maintaining the company's presence and engagement on social media.

This person is essential in ensuring the company's ability to reach sales goals for retail and treatments and business is at an optimal level.

These functions will require a flexible schedule and the availability to work the opening shifts as well as closing shifts.

In addition, this person will be an engaging presence as the first impression to all arriving guests, providing a smooth check-in, appointment making and ensuring ultimate comfort for all clients.

This includes following procedures, reviewing the service schedule, checking in clients and communicating with management on any needs and concerns in a timely manner.
