We are looking for an entry-level Dispatcher to support our Bizerba portfolio solutions for our Retail Division customers.
A successful Dispatcher will have a customer focused attitude, great attention to detail, and be a self-starter who can drive continuous improvement projects.
Please be advised this role reports onsite .
JOB DUTIES :
- Receive incoming telephone calls, assess, and dispatch service calls.
- Prioritize and determine best available technician to complete job.
- Provide feedback to the call center for improvements and customer concerns.
- Provide field team with parts support to help minimize return trips.
- Provide backup to fellow dispatchers as needed.
- Maintain the quality, quantity, and timeliness of dispatch to customer needs, questions, or problems.
- Ensure proper communication with customer to gather all pertinent information for service call.
- Consistently follow-up with customer to ensure completion and satisfaction.
- Track all service calls and provide service call reporting and metrics to management.
- Maintain service call logs and service manuals.
- Perform work according to the Bizerba Policy and Procedures Manual

JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Strong computer skills necessary (MS Office)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Self-motivated, requires minimal supervision.
- Ability to think Out of the Box and be creative.
- Time management, and strong organizational skills required.
- Customer service orientated, a must.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, and to work in a deadline driven environment.
- Must be available to work weekends on an on-call shift, as needed.
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 2 years’ service management, call center, or field service experience preferred.
- CRM and SAP knowledge, preferred.
- Bilingual, a plus
