Job Summary
We are a fined dining establishment with exceptional service, exquisite cuisine, and elegant ambiance. We pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences for our guests, and we are looking for a passionate and professional Maître d' to lead our front-of-house team.
As the Maître d' , you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest has an outstanding dining experience from the moment they enter to the time they leave.
The ideal candidate is polished, professional, and has a keen eye for detail.
Maître d' Salary & Benefits :
- Competitive pay ($35 / hr) plus tips

Maître d' Responsibilities & Qualifications :
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to maximize guest satisfaction and efficiency
- Address guest concerns and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Train and mentor host staff, ensuring a high standard of service
- 2+ years' experience as a Maître d' in a NYC fine dining establishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with poise
- Familiarity with reservation management systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy)
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
