Epic Implementation Director
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the successful deployment and integration of Epic system across Hospital for the Back2Foundation projects
- Manage cross-functional teams, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring that the implementation aligns with the organization'
s strategic goals and regulatory requirements
- Responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Lead the overall Epic implementation strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives
- Develop and communicate the project vision, goals, and roadmap to stakeholders at all levels
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Epic Systems representatives and internal executive leadership
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon parameters
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate the project's performance and outcomes
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement
- Work with implementation teams to ensure Epic Implementations are fully staffed and timelines are met
- Foster excellent communications, strong teamwork, and customer service
Qualifications
- Requires a track record in strong leadership, strategic planning, project management, and change management skills
- Experience and ability to effectively lead a large team of individuals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong project management skills including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation

- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, complex Epic implementation projects
