Business Operations Analyst

Prepares operations analyses including analysis of competitors, operational effectiveness, and capacity utilization and makes recommendations for improvement.

Requires a solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry and possesses strong analytical skills.

Provides statistical information to help direct business decisions. Performs analyses of the operation's elements to ensure effective and efficient operations.

May track, maintain and provide current information to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Performs and completes daily, routine tasks, receiving instruction from manager as needed.
• Provides basic, routine support for process and operations activities that optimize effectiveness.
• Assist in billing operations and subscription management to develop business insights.
• Assist in operational planning by researching, collecting, analyzing and consolidating basic business data.
• Drafts reports with preliminary findings.
• Develop client, vendor and peer group relationships to help identify streamlining and business collaboration opportunities.

Minimum Requirements :

• Education Required : B.A. or B.S. degree in a Business, Information Management, Information Technology or a similar discipline.
• Experience Required : At least 1 year.
