Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Technology Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a HR Technology Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the employee experience by analyzing HR processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and operations, to design and implement solutions that enhance the overall people experience within the organization.
This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, data analysis, and a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of HR processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, IT professionals, and operational teams, to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Design and develop HR process workflows, ensuring seamless integration between various HR systems and platforms.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to the employee experience, HR metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Develop and deliver data-driven reports and presentations to HR and business leaders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Evaluate existing HR systems and technologies, identify gaps, and propose enhancements or new solutions to improve the people experience.
- Assist in the implementation and deployment of new HR systems and technologies, ensuring smooth transition and user adoption.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and develop materials to support system implementations and enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in people experience and HR technology, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 2-3 years' proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Talent Management, Recruitment, or Performance Management Role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with HR systems and technologies (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS), with the ability to evaluate and recommend suitable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- High ethical standards regarding the handling of sensitive and confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Prior experience implementing and / or as a user of technologies (i.e. SAP, Workday, ADP).
- Prior experience supporting global, cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience supporting multiple concurrent business cases / projects.
