Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Operations in Greater Orlando. The role involves overseeing daily operations, developing strategies to improve efficiency, and managing teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operational leadership and management
- Track record of building K-12, Higher Education, Municipal, and Government Projects
- Relationships with Clients who build those same project types in the Orlando Market
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to analyze data and trends to drive operational improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
