Job Description
The Data Analyst Summer Intern will work under the Client Implementation Supervisor as part of the Business Operations team.
You will be hands-on in building analytic frameworks, ETL processes, and data visualizations that influence how important partners from across the organization make decisions and help grow the business.
Responsibilities
- Work across multiple platforms and data sources
- Assess and address issues on specific daily controls reviews that are critical components in how we deliver products and services to our customers
- Optimize existing processes and develop new ways of delivering products and services to meet the growing needs of the business
- Assist team members with user stories or support our product, analytics and technology partners to ensure we have delivery and remediation for any issues that may arise
- Work in an Agile environment
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's degree program in Data analytics or related field of study
- Return to school in Fall 2025 to complete degree
- Experience with analyzing multiple data sources and merging data to determine if trends are following business tolerances
- Query writing or analyzing skills to help with creating new queries and optimizing existing to support our reporting, monitoring and automation projects
- Build and present dashboards to audiences
- Working knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Automation experience with Python, Airflow, and / or Alteryx
- DataDog or Splunk experience
