Responsibilities :

Guest Service : Assisting with check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and providing information about the facility and local area.

Administrative Tasks : Handling reservations, managing booking systems, and performing general office duties like filing and data entry.

Event Coordination : Helping with the planning and execution of events, such as meetings, weddings, or conferences, which can include setting up spaces and coordinating with vendors.

Housekeeping Support : Assisting with the maintenance and cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring that high standards are maintained.

Food and Beverage Service : Supporting restaurant or bar operations, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Customer Feedback : Collecting and relaying guest feedback to help improve services and address any issues promptly.

Marketing and Promotion : Assisting with social media updates, creating promotional materials, or conducting market research to help boost the establishment's visibility.

Team Support : Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and providing support wherever needed.

Salary $16.00 per hour
