Job Title : Temporary Full-Time Marketing Specialist
Location : Remote and Onsite in Boca Raton, Florida
Hourly Rate : $30
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the financial technology
industry for a temporary, full-time role. We anticipate that the Specialist will work full-time hours initially and
then transition to part-time status. The assignment is expected to last for four to six months.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Zoho CRM, specifically with Cadence for both email
and SMS marketing, and a proven track record in designing and executing successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Launch Lendzi’s marketing automation including creating the workflows for customer relations management, campaigns, cadences and social media.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the financial technology sector.
- Manage and optimize Zoho CRM Cadence for both email and SMS marketing to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Design and implement effective email and SMS marketing campaigns, including the creation of automated sequences and workflows.
- Analyze marketing data to assess campaign performance, optimize cadence, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with our team to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in marketing within the financial technology industry.
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM Cadence, with a focus on email and SMS cadence management, including setup, automation, and optimization.
- Strong background in designing, executing, and optimizing email and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing metrics, refine cadence strategies, and adjust campaigns for better results.
- Knowledge of financial technology trends and challenges.
