Client Intake Specialist (Contract)

You are a dedicated professional with a passion for social justice, equity, and community support. You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working with diverse populations.

This position pays : $23-25 / hr

Location : San Rafael, CA

What you will be doing :

• Provide front-office support, assist walk-ins, answer incoming phone calls, and data entry, etc.
• Complete applications and enter client information into databases
• Help families complete applications, explain guidelines, and verify documentation
• Provide information on community resources and services
• Handle phones, filing, copying, scanning, and correspondence
• Prepare enrollment packages and assist with translations

What you bring :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program-specific databases
• Proven data entry skills
• Proficiency in general clerical tasks
• Ability to type 50 words per minute
• Excellent customer service skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of equity, inclusion, and diversity principles
