Mid-Level Architect / Designer Wanted for Dynamic DC Firm

The Role :
As a mid-level architect / designer, you'll be involved in all phases of our projects, from conceptual design through construction administration.
You'll have the opportunity to work directly with firm leadership to :
- Guide place-making & ground floor retain design opportunities for mixed-use / commercial developments.
- Contribute to cutting-edge retail, restaurant, and commercial designs.
- Work with National Client on regional rollouts.
- Collaborate with award-winning chefs on unique dining concepts.
- Participate on conceptual design proposals and make material & finish selections.
- Have direct contact with Clients and take responsibility for project deliverables.
- Work with contractors throughout the construction of projects you’ve designed and permitted.
What We're Looking For :
- 2-5+ years of experience, with a focus on retail / restaurant / commercial design.
- Strong technical proficiency in construction documentation.
- Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
- Exceptional design skills and a compelling portfolio.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability and eagerness to take on diverse responsibilities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's in Architecture or Interior Design (Master's preferred for Architects).
- Professional license or on track for licensure.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
