Key Responsibilities :
Email Responsibilities :
- Email Campaign Support : Assist in developing, scheduling, and executing email marketing campaigns to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
- Content Creation : Collaborate with design teams to create and refine email templates.
- A / B Testing & Optimization : Implement A / B testing for email campaigns to improve engagement and optimize content.
- List Segmentation : Assist in segmenting email lists and targeting customer segments for tailored email campaigns.
- Email Workflows : Create and manage email workflows to nurture leads and engage customers.
Social Media Responsibilities :
- Social Media Coordination : Schedule and post content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with email campaigns.
- Content Creation : Help develop social media posts in collaboration with the creative team, including images and videos.
- Paid Social Campaigns : Support the development and execution of paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Reporting & Analysis :
- Reporting : Prepare reports on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Compliance : Ensure all campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and other relevant regulations.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on email marketing and social media.
- Technical Skills : Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Hubspot, Mailchimp) and social media tools (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Analytical Skills : Ability to track and analyze campaign performance and apply insights.
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative Thinking : Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams on engaging content.
- Education : BA / BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Pay Range
$28 $30 USD
