The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $105,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be Ready To

develop and coordinate construction related risk mitigation plans

conduct jobsite visits as part of the consultative assessments

provide regular updates to all stakeholders regarding risk mitigation progress

develop and maintain positive relationships with insureds and representative agencies

create technically detailed reports assessing risks within construction industry

Be Equipped With

ability to conduct qualitative risk assessments in construction industry

professional designations related to construction and / or construction safety

familiar with risk transfer subcontract agreements

ability to work remotely within a multi-state region having flexibility to travel (approximately 30%)

diverse knowledge of construction industry hazards and mitigation strategies

ability to manage safety training programs and inspections

time management skills and ability to work independently to accomplish goals

strong interpersonal, consultative, and organizational skills

strong strategic thinking abilities

strong data analytical skills

ability to work independently to accomplish initiatives

demonstrated pursuit of continuing education

proficiencies in Microsoft Office tools and related software

Bring Education And Experience From

a bachelor's degree in either Safety, or Construction industry, or construction related experience and training

4-5 years' experience within the construction industry

Preferred Experience But Not Required

loss control experience with a property & casualty insurance organization

familiar with the independent agency system

professional insurance risk management designations such as CSP, CPCU, or ARM

knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and coverages
