Seeking a passionate Sous Chef eager to collaborate closely with the Culinary Director at an exclusive new private club in Cincinnati, OH.

Sous Chef Compensation and Benefits :

• Competitive salary ranging from $55K-$65K

Sous Chef Qualifications and Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the Culinary Director to ensure excellent quality and service
• Maintain a clean kitchen in complete compliance with health code
• Assist in ordering and rotation of inventory
• Ability to train and coach staff, providing supportive feedback
• Ability to work calmly and productively under pressure
• Work 50+ hours per week which could include nights, weekends, and holidays
