Responsibilities
Utilize surveillance systems to review communications for content, appropriateness, regulatory compliance and misuse of confidential information
Identify, document, and resolve potential regulatory or compliance issues
Liaise with business management, compliance, and legal to assess risks and follow up on issues identified during review of communications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
1-4 years experience either in corporate and investment banking industry or legal industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Sound judgment and ability to exercise discretion
Desired Skills
Familiarity with corporate and investment banking industry
Prior experience with email surveillance, including Global Relay surveillance system
Education
