This position oversees and leads the day-to-day operations for a team of customer advisors in a specific region. Individuals in this role will manage a small subset of customers and help to strategize, plan, organize and monitor strategic business initiatives.
Individuals in this role drive excellence in achieving business objectives and operational effectiveness, while continuously building excellent customer relationships and mentoring fellow Customer Advisors.
The ideal candidate would have 7 + years of experience.
Daily duties would include :
- Lead a regional team of customer advisors and directly manage a small group of customers (3-5)
- Elevate any customer concerns to Regional Manager, as necessary.
- Provide timely updates to Regional Manager on key strategic initiatives and overall business.
- Timesheet and expense report review / approvals for direct reports
- Complete and deliver check-ins and annual performance reviews for direct reports

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads value-added projects such as supporting regional leadership in the development of strategic plans, mergers and acquisitions (asset optimization), project development and building relationships with state and local regulators
- Maintains extensive knowledge of technical products and energy efficiency programs to develop and drive regional and enterprise wide campaigns to generate technical sales
- Develops, owns and delivers strategic initiative plans and presentations to business leaders at higher levels of management, including executives (internally and externally)
- Serves as lead, mentor and subject matter expert on all customer relationship management initiatives, products and services
- Leads the building of relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to improve retention across all business lines
- Develops and executes on strategic customer relationship objectives
- Interfaces with business unit leadership and process owners to drive efficiencies
- Manages multiple complex projects successfully at any given time
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience : 6+ years
