Job Description

HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking a Facilities Manager in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies.

Positions will be based at global Army training site in Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Logistics Director, the Facilities Manager oversees the housekeeping, custodial services, rodent control, and grounds maintenance for all program-occupied facilities required for TADSS and range maintenance.
• Supervises a team of personnel responsible for monitoring and controlling the maintenance of the facilities across the program.
• Advises the Logistics Director of the facilities maintenance status across the program, any potential issues, and possible solutions.
• Coordinates with Site Leads on matters related to access and / or keys required for the facilities.
• When required, coordinates with procurement as needed to implement vendor agreements with outside agencies employed to provide facilities maintenance services.
• As required, coordinates with Site Leads and the program IT team to ensure adequate telecommunications services are available, either through the installation DOIM or commercial sources.
• Keeps in compliance with and aware of applicable OSHA regulations.
• May also have responsibility for the administrative services and mailroom.

Minimum Qualifications

10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field;

or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.

Ability to obtain NACI security clearance

Physical Requirements

Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
