About the Role
As the Information Technology Manager, you ' ll make sure staff across Lawrence Hall have the reliable, secure systems they need to serve youth and families every day. This is a leadership role where you ' ll balance technical know-how with people skills - building trust, solving problems, and guiding IT strategy while keeping our team connected and supported.
Our ideal candidate is a people-oriented leader who thrives on collaboration and brings strong project management skills. You have a broad foundation of IT knowledge, paired with the ability to stretch across different functions, such as networking, troubleshooting, and system management.

Additional Information
Full-time, Monday through Friday, based at our Francisco location (4833 N Francisco Ave, Chicago IL, 60625) with frequent travel to other agency sites. Employees are expected to work in person at least 75% of the time. Flexibility required for occasional evening, weekend, or overtime work. Must be comfortable lifting up to 30 pounds when handling IT equipment.
