BBR is currently hiring roofers for our roofing team in Olathe, KS
Requirements of the Roofing Position
- Ability to work outdoors
- Not afraid of heights
- Day to Day Responsibilities of the Roofing Position
- Show up to job site at the scheduled time
- Perform duties of laying insulation / installing roofing materials
- Work on commercial roofing projects with a team of roofers
Wages -
Experienced applicants could earn up to $24.00 per hour. Applicants with zero experience will start at $18.00 per hour. If you work hard and show up on time your wages could increase within the first 30 days of employment.
Applicants with commercial roofing experience will have a discussion during their interview to agree upon a starting wage.

401K Retirement -
Boone Brothers Roofing offers 401K accounts to their employees after 1 year of employment. Employees must be 21 years of age to enroll.
Employees can deposit 1% - 16% of their gross pay and Boone Brothers Roofing will match half of their employees' deposits up to 6%.
