Where you will gain meaningful engineering experience on highway projects including roadway studies and design, drainage and utility systems, preliminary and final design, preparation of construction documents, cost estimates, project scheduling, and large, complex highway corridors.

Essential duties include :

Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program.
- Engineer Intern (EIT) registration required or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
- 0-4 years of civil engineering experience, prior relatable internship / co-op experience preferred.
- Proven communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client, project, and industry needs.
- Experience with or capable to learn Bentley OpenRoads Designer and / or Autodesk Civil3d cadd platforms.
- Experienced in and fully capable of using the Microsoft software suite including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Ability to work remotely based on business operations and the needs of the firm.

Base Compensation : $61,100 - $78,600

The starting salary for the successful candidate in this position is competitive and will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications and experience, geographic location, internal equity, company policy and practices.
