Job Summary :

As a Casino Host at Bally's, you will support the Company's Player Development initiatives by identifying, qualifying, and computerizing target customers. This position's starting salary is $45,000.

Essential Functions :

• Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
• Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
• Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
• Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program
• Attract, develop, and retain new player patronage through personalized service
• Assist in evaluating the casino's host performance initiatives
• Assist in the development of programs to increase player worth while staying within established comping guidelines
• Greet and host customers, maintaining a high standard of courtesy, friendliness, and hospitable attitude
• Arrange special events for quality customers, including, but not limited to, air and ground transportation, accommodations, and tickets to sporting events
• Assist with phone solicitation
• Perform other duties as assigned
