Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Executive / Personal Assistant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Expected starting base salary $62,400 to $83,200 per year.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee building new websites, assist to create a database to keep track of products, organize database for dog supplements, and help social media platforms with podcasts.
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage both business and personal appointments.
- Organize business trips, family vacations, and coordinate travel-related activities.
- Handle email correspondence, phone messages, and mail, ensuring timely responses and prioritization.
- Set up meetings, attend as required, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
- Create and maintain expense reports, ensuring accurate tracking of receipts and payments.
- Assist with personal shopping, errands, and other household management tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
- AS / BS degree in Business, or related field
- 4-5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant or related role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and tools / software.
Experience :
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with social media preferred.
