The Director of Enhanced FamilyCare will facilitate quality residential and communityparticipation services for individuals living in Enhanced FamilyCare residences reflecting the standards of The Moore Center sMission Statement.
The Director will also ensure fiscal solvency ofthe department through close monitoring of all financial matters
EssentialResponsibilities :
Hire train and supervise a team of Program managers administrativesupport and a team of related direct support professionals in allapplicable regulations including but not limited to : HeMand 525.
Oversee the Senior Managers to screen secure train and support ateam of over 100 contracted employees in the position of EnhancedFamily Care Provider.
Provide oversight to the Provider Payment process by ensuring thetracking monitoring and execution of all payments on a biweekly andas needed basis.
Oversee all HR issues for Home Care Providers including but notlimited to : performance management client right s investigationcoordination employment complaint mitigation and providingfinancial verification of employment.
Ensure that all contracts andrelated documents between Home Care Providers and The Agency areaccurate and up to date.
Act as the department liaison with the Certification Unit at theState of NH to ensure the timely scheduling execution and followupfor all home certifications under the HeMand 1201 regulations andoversee the response to any citations or concerns.
Oversee implementation of client services outlined in theindividual service agreements including but not limited to thedevelopment and implementation of individual client goals andmeaningful CPSschedules.
Respond to and resolve Home Care Provider or client crises as theyarise Lead training and staff development activities as needed forboth Enhanced Family Care Providers and agency staff
Promote and enhance public relations with both the internal andexternal community
Ensure the monitoring of EFC residences including assessingenvironmental safety measures possessing knowledge of appropriateliving quarters accounting of client property and client financesMonitor and promote both the physical and emotional health andsafety of individuals living in EFC residences
Monitor staff schedules and payroll of agency staff and contractedemployees in compliance with the Department of Labor Oversee theclient intake process including budget and proposal creation theclient / provider match process build out of the client service modeland execution of the move process.
Update and implement new policies procedures and rule compliance asnecessary.
Develop and implement systems to ensure the timely and accuratesubmission of all required client documentation including but notlimited to certification records Progress Notes Data Sheets Med QAs Attendance Sheets and fire drills
Responsible for reporting all incidents of client abuse neglectand / or exploitation to designated Bureau of Developmental Servicesstaff and the Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services
Ensure individual budgets are updated and resubmitted in a timelyway for renewal and as client needs change. Oversee the monitoringof service authorizations to ensure funding streams remain open andaccessible for payment.
Develop implement and monitor the annualized budget for theDepartment and be able to speak to the financials when asked. Otherduties and responsibilities as assigned bysupervisor
Requirements
EducationandExperience :
Bachelor s degree required plus minimum of five years of experiencein Human Services with three years of supervisory experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
