SUMMARY : This position will be primarily responsible for all aspects of learning and development for the Kraft Enterprise focusing on leadership, management training, new hire orientations and functional learning.

Additionally, this role will lead all performance evaluation programs and enterprise-wide communications for Human Resources. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, acquire, and facilitate learning content aligned with business needs. Supervise and train part-time training staff, business unit managers and human resource managers for consistent content delivery.

Measure learning program effectiveness through key performance indicators including employee engagement surveys, employee performance and / or potential, turnover, rate of employee relations issues and internal promotions.

Develop appropriate monthly status reports on performance.

Oversee the administration and management of all learning programs including scheduling, event planning, student selection and vendor management.

Institutionalize all programs including learning at the unit level for sustainability. Learning & Development Programs include : Leadership, Management, New Hire Orientation, Annual Compliance Training, Professional Development initiatives and functional training.

  • Lead all communication and marketing initiatives for the Human Resource function.
  • Operate as the Learning Management System (LMS) key stakeholder and functional expert. Identify opportunities to expand utilization and content.
  • Organize and lead all Performance Evaluation Processes including New Hire Evaluations and Annual Reviews.
  • Manage the Human Resource weekly and annual meetings including planning, critical action development and follow-up.
  • Assist with managing policy and procedure management. Ensure all records are institutionalized and updated for relevance.
  • Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
  • Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPPA.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar or like position, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Advanced Technical skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Detail oriented and skilled at managing projects in complex environments
  • Highly organized and motivated
  • Solid written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation skills required
  • Collaborative
