Job Description :
- Drive client engagements.
- Review and prepare financial statements, footnotes, workpapers, management letters, agreed upon procedures, and other attestation engagements.
- Demonstrate professional creativity in dealing with client matters and make constructive suggestions to improve client operations.
- Effectively analyze transactions, recognizing potential or existing problems with appropriate research and consulting.
- Accept responsibility and utilize firm resources to complete assignments.
- Oversee, mentor, and develop staff.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required
- CPA designation is required
- 5+ years' experience in a public accounting firm required
- Affordable housing or real estate industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of audit software ProSystem Fx a plus
- Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills
