JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the organization.
- Overseeing processes, analyzing data, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015 requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date information on interested parties.
- Establish and continually improve QMS processes based on ISO 9001 : 2015 guidelines.
- Ensure process flow mapping is accurate and track continual improvement.
- Identify risks and opportunities that may affect product conformity.
- Manage risks and opportunities related to product quality.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address customer needs effectively.
- Manage Compliance Regulatory Reporting (outsourced)
- Assign responsibility and authority for QMS activities (e.g., ensuring conformance, promoting customer focus, reporting on QMS performance).
- Act as a point of contact for QMS-related matters.
- Monitor established quality objectives.
- Report quality objective progress to top management.
- Communicate well with customers, suppliers, and coworkers regarding quality matters.
- Facilitate effective communication within the organization.
- Manage nonconformity and corrective action processes.
- Ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor"s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Business).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or related roles.
- Experience in developing and running quality systems.
- Previous experience in an ISO 9001 : 2015 certified environment.
- Proficiency in ISO 9001 : 2015 standards and quality management principles.
- ERP Systems experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Auditor) is advantageous.
- Experience with QT-9 (QMS Software), Epicor Profit 21 (ERP) preferred.
