Quality Assurance Manager
Do you have a strong history in Quality Assurance (QA)? Do you like managing a team? Do you have experience in the PCB industry?
If you said yes, we want you!!! We are looking to hire a Quality Assurance Manager for our Itasca, IL location. This a great opportunity to apply your QA skills and work with a growing and exciting company.
What you will do :
- Oversee the internal quality assurance system.
- Evaluate and supervise the inspection of printed circuit boards for quality and specification variances.
- Determine disposition of inspection work and perform verification as required.
- Schedule and distribute inspection work done by full and part-time inspectors.
- Communicates product quality variances to management as appropriate.
- Manages the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process
Requirements :
- Provide highly professional, passionate and proactive Quality Management and apply :
- You have a history of working with customers and factories on QA processes
- Excellent communication skills a must as you will pick up the phone and communicate with team members and customers
- Have a structured and independent way of thinking.
- Printed Circuit Board industry knowledge required
- Show self-initiative and an openness to share new ideas
- Ability to work in an open-office environment
- Strong attention to detail
