Position Overview :

We are looking for a talented Full-Time Graphic Designer with a focus on packaging design . The ideal candidate should possess strong creative skills, have a keen eye for detail, and be proficient in designing and developing unique packaging solutions that resonate with client needs.

You must be able to translate your creative vision into functional designs and collaborate closely with both the internal team and external clients to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design innovative and visually appealing packaging concepts that align with client briefs and brand identity.
• Create dielines and production-ready files while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
• Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively through sketches, mock-ups, and presentations.
• Adapt to different styles, industries, and brand guidelines while maintaining creative integrity.
• Review production samples to ensure final packaging matches the approved design.
• Stay up to date with packaging trends, materials, and technologies to inspire fresh, new ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience with dieline creation and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for precision.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and concepts.
• Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Experience in luxury packaging is a plus.
